The Christopher Ward Moonphase is a masterclass in thoughtful design. Its dial is composed of two layered aventurine discs, with an aperture that reveals the moon beneath. The rich blue sparkle of the aventurine mimics the starlit sky and since every piece of aventurine is crafted to be unique, every C1 Moonphase watch includes a personal constellation of its own.

In pursuit of a truly cosmic aesthetic, Christoper Ward removes all distractions from the dial—including indexes, markers and branding—leaving only a vast field of glittering aventurine. Against this galactic canvas, polished hands and oversized moon display crafted from Globolight material, a mix of ceramic and Super LumiNova. It’s all encased in a refined stainless steel case that’s only 13.3mm thick, and protected by a box sapphire crystal that ensures clarity from every angle.
